- Housekeeping Service Once a Week (every Wednesday) include below:

1. Linen and towel changed

2. Replace in-room coffee / tea-making facilities

3. Replace 2 bottles of distilled water after consumed

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The packages are based on 15 or 30 consecutive nights occupying by the same person upon reservation.

2. Should the stay be less than the contracted period of 15 or 30 nights, the remaining pre-payment balance will be non-refundable.

3. For any Extension night stay over a continuous period of 15 or 30 nights will be subject to room availability and will be

     charged based on on-day selling room rate with price revision (Final decision is subject to The BEACON confirmation)

4. The BEACON provides rooms for maximum 2 persons and sleeping accommodation purposes only. Any other activities

      to be conducted in the guest rooms are not allowed.

5. No cooking is allowed in the room.

6. The BEACON will collect HKD2,000 security deposit (by cash or credit card) upon check-in.

7. Promotion booking period: Now to 31 August 2022 / Staying period: Now to 30 September 2022.

8. a. People received a mandatory quarantine and home confinee or currently undergo a compulsory COVID-19 nucleic

         acid test are not accepted on this offer.

    b. Guest contracted COVID-19 during the stay or have been found diagnosed but concealed and not informing, the

         guest will be rejected from entering with terminated of the room stay and No refund will be given of the remaining

         room payment (while deposit and luggage are required to be handled by the guest’s relatives or friends).

9. No cancellation will be allowed once booking was confirmed by confirmation letter and no refund will be given.

10. Reservation must be made 1 day in advance.

11. If the guest fails to check out or does not contact The BEACON on the departure day, our hotel will check out the room

        at 12:00 noon on the same day and clear all the guest's items in the room accordingly. (If any)

12. Guest is liable for all damages to the property of The BEACON caused by negligence or improper use during the stay.

13. Guests will not let non-registered guests stay at the BEACON or use of the facilities without the property prior consent.

14. MUST scan the “LeaveHomeSafe” QR code and provide the recognized vaccination records when staying The BEACON.

15. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers. In case of any dispute,

        The BEACON reserves all the rights of final decisions and interpretation.

GUARANTEE & AMENDMENT

Guarantee the whole period by credit card, should there be any amendment (The BEACON only allow one time date change within the 7 days of the confirmed 15 or 30 days room staying period before or after) after the accommodation has been prepaid or guaranteed, 7 days advance notice prior to arrival date must be made to the property. Notice less than 7 days will result in forfeit of pre-payment or full charge on guarantee payment. Room pre-payment should be settled upon arrival by credit card or cash.
