Terms & Conditions:

1. Reservation must be made 21 days in advance.

2. Room price are subjects to 10% service charges.

3. Reservation must be made directly through The BEACON official website.

4. “Early Bird Offer” campaign will be subject to guest room availability.

5. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion. In case of disputes, The BEACON reserves the right of final decision.

6. A valid credit card must be provided to secure the reservation. The card holder must be The BEACON registered guest. If such card cannot be presented, payment will settle through another credit card or in cash. Using a third party’s credit card for prepayment or guaranteed reservation is not accepted. No cancellation or amendment is allowed. The BEACON will apply full stay room charge and no refund shall be given.
